Kris Dunn
Kris Dunn records six steals vs. Milwaukee
Thu, Feb 20, 2025, 7:23 PM
Kris Dunn finished Thursday's loss to the Bucks with five points (2-of-5 FGs), seven rebounds, five assists, six steals, one block, and one three-pointer in 31 minutes.
Analysis: Rostered in just four percent of Yahoo leagues, Dunn isn't going to provide much offensive value outside of the assists category on most nights. However, the defensive value is what makes him worth a look in deep leagues, especially if he remains in the starting lineup. Dunn racked up six steals and one blocked shot on Thursday, with the former representing a career-high. He's averaged 3.3 steals per game over his past six outings, making Dunn worth a look for category league managers needing production in that category.
Ivica Zubac
Ivica Zubac posts 20/15/1/1/4 line vs. Milwaukee
Thu, Feb 20, 2025, 5:40 PM
Ivica Zubac tallied 20 points (8-of-13 FGs, 4-of-5 FTs), 15 rebounds, one assist, one steal, and four blocked shots in 37 minutes against the Bucks on Thursday.
Analysis: Zubac recorded his 34th double-double of the season on Thursday, and this was also his 11th game with at least 20 points and 15 rebounds. The Clippers center has been excellent this season, and over the past month, he has provided first-round value in 12-team, nine-cat formats. While many expected Zuback (Yahoo ADP: 84) to be a top-100 player, few expected a top-50 talent. He's providing that value in nine-cat while sitting a few spots outside of that threshold in eight-cat.
James Harden
James Harden makes history, finishes with 24 PTS
Thu, Feb 20, 2025, 5:36 PM
NBA
James Harden accumulated 24 points (8-of-21 FGs, 6-of-7 FTs), five rebounds, eight assists, one steal, one block, and two three-pointers in 39 minutes in Thursday's loss to the Bucks.
Analysis: Harden made some history on Thursday, becoming the 13th player in ABA/NBA history to score at least 27,000 points in a career. While he didn't have the best night shooting the basketball, the good news for fantasy managers is that The Beard recorded a complete stat line. Over the past month, Harden has provided top-20 value in nine-cat formats, an achievement that should not be overlooked due to his propensity for high-turnover nights. He remains a better option for eight-cat formats and turnover-punt models, but the gap in value has not been as significant recently.
Kawhi Leonard
Kawhi Leonard records 25/4/4/2 stat line vs. Bucks
Thu, Feb 20, 2025, 5:31 PM
Kawhi Leonard logged 32 minutes in Thursday's loss to the Bucks, accounting for 25 points (9-of-22 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), four rebounds, four assists, two steals, and four three-pointers.
Analysis: While he still hasn't reached the point where he can play both ends of back-to-backs (and that may not happen this season), Leonard is consistently exceeding 30 minutes. He's played at least 31 minutes in his last four outings, and the Klaw has provided top-50 value in eight-cat formats during this stretch. The bad news for fantasy managers is that another back-to-back is on the horizon, as Leonard and the Clippers visit the Pacers (Sunday) and Pistons (Monday) for their next two games.
Amir Coffey
Amir Coffey scores eight points in spot start
Thu, Feb 20, 2025, 5:26 PM
Amir Coffey shot 3-of-7 from the field and 2-of-2 from the foul line in Thursday's loss to the Bucks, scoring eight points and grabbing two rebounds in 30 minutes.
Analysis: Coffey filled in for Norman Powell, who was held out of Thursday's game with a knee issue. While productive as a starter this season, that wasn't how things played out for Coffey in Milwaukee. The offensive output was limited, and he didn't provide much value in the other fantasy-relevant categories, either. Bogdan Bogdanovic provided the better fantasy return, playing 20 minutes off the bench and finishing with 15 points, two rebounds, five assists, two steals, and four three-pointers. If Powell has to miss more time, fantasy managers will be better off targeting Bogdanovic than Coffey.
Amir Coffey
LAC starting Harden, Dunn, Coffey, Kawhi, Zubac

Law Murray
The Clippers will start James Harden, Kris Dunn, Amir Coffey, Kawhi Leonard and Ivica Zubac against the Bucks on Thursday.
Analysis: Coffey will replace Norman Powell (knee) in the starting lineup. Leonard missed the final game before the All-Star break, but he will be back in the opening group against Milwaukee. His return pushes Derrick Jones Jr. to the bench, which will leave Dunn in the starting unit.
Norman Powell
Norman Powell (knee) ruled out vs. Milwaukee
Thu, Feb 20, 2025, 12:37 PM
Law Murray
Norman Powell (knee) has been ruled out against the Bucks on Thursday.
Analysis: Powell was a late addition to the injury report and has officially been ruled out. Amir Coffey will replace him in the starting unit. Coffey has averaged 13.1 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 11 games as a starter this season.
Norman Powell
Norman Powell (knee) questionable Thursday vs. MIL
Thu, Feb 20, 2025, 7:00 AM
Norman Powell (knee) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Bucks.
Analysis: Powell popped up on the injury report as questionable with a knee injury Thursday afternoon, giving him a legitimate chance to miss the matchup with the Bucks. The 31-year-old small forward is in the midst of a career-year and dropped 41 points in an overtime victory over the Jazz in his last game. Amir Coffey would move into the starting lineup and see a boost in fantasy value if Powell were to be out Thursday.
Drew Eubanks
Drew Eubanks, Amir Coffey available Thursday
Wed, Feb 19, 2025, 12:34 PM
Law Murray
Drew Eubanks (ankle) and Amir Coffey (knee) are available for Thursday's game against the Bucks.
Analysis: Eubanks and Coffey were two of the rotation players held out of the Clippers' February 13 win over the Jazz, with the former missing two games before the All-Star break. While they will be available for Thursday, so will everyone else of consequence. That limits the fantasy ceilings of Eubanks and Coffey, especially with Ben Simmons now in the fold.
Kawhi Leonard
Kawhi Leonard (rest) available Thursday vs. Bucks
Wed, Feb 19, 2025, 12:30 PM
Law Murray
Kawhi Leonard (rest) is available for Thursday's game against the Bucks.
Analysis: Leonard did not play in the Clippers' final game before the All-Star break, a February 13 overtime win over the Jazz. He'll be available for Thursday's game in Milwaukee. Also, with the Clippers not playing another back-to-back until Week 18 in Yahoo! leagues, fantasy managers should be able to get extended production out of Leonard.
Norman Powell
Norman Powell drops season-high 41 in OT win
Thu, Feb 13, 2025, 6:01 PM
Norman Powell finished Thursday's overtime win over Utah with 41 points, three rebounds, an assist, a steal and five three-pointers across 46 minutes.
Analysis: Stormin' Norman was masterful in this one, hitting 13-of-26 shots, including 5-of-10 from beyond the arc. Known as a three-point specialist, he didn't settle strictly for outside shots and made it to the charity stripe 13 times. Powell is in the midst of a career-best season in which he's leading LA in scoring, and his full range of offensive talents were on display. Powell scored eight of the Clippers' 12 points in overtime, and he was instrumental in this victory.
Ben Simmons
Ben Simmons dazzles in Clippers debut
Thu, Feb 13, 2025, 5:57 PM
Ben Simmons finished Thursday's overtime victory over Utah with 12 points, eight rebounds, six assists, three steals and a block across 27 minutes.
Analysis: Simmons' final numbers don't jump off the page, but digging deeper reveals a meaningful performance in his Clippers debut. Simmons made one of the final buckets of regulation, and he delivered key assists and rebounds in the extra period as Los Angeles came through with a narrow win. Simmons could be a strong complimentary option on a team that won't rely on him heavily and can stagger his minutes off the bench. Fantasy managers with a roster spot could do worse than Simmons, who has been a solid contributor when healthy and playing well.
Derrick Jones
LAC starting Harden, Dunn, Powell, DJJ, Zubac
Thu, Feb 13, 2025, 2:37 PM
Tomer Azarly
The Clippers will start James Harden, Kris Dunn, Norman Powell, Derrick Jones Jr. and Ivica Zubac against the Jazz on Thursday.
Analysis: With Kawhi Leonard (knee) sidelined for the second night of the back-to-back, Tyronn Lue will turn to Jones Jr. to fill the open starting spot. Jones Jr. has only come off the bench four times this season, so he will be returning to his normal role on Thursday.
Amir Coffey
Amir Coffey (knee) ruled out vs. Utah Thursday
Thu, Feb 13, 2025, 2:31 PM
Law Murray
Amir Coffey (knee) has been downgraded to out against the Jazz on Thursday.
Analysis: With Coffey and Kawhi Leonard (knee) both sidelined, there will be plenty of minutes on the wing available. Derrick Jones Jr. will likely slide into the starting lineup, while Bogdan Bogdanovic will take on a larger role in his second game with the Clippers.
Amir Coffey
Amir Coffey (knee) questionable vs. Jazz Thursday
Thu, Feb 13, 2025, 9:33 AM
Amir Coffey (knee) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Jazz.
Analysis: Coffey's sore left knee could hold him out for Thursday. His absence could help Nicolas Batum find some extra minutes against Utah.
Drew Eubanks
Drew Eubanks (ankle) out Thursday vs. Jazz
Thu, Feb 13, 2025, 9:30 AM
Drew Eubanks (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Jazz.
Analysis: Eubanks suffered an ankle injury during his last meeting with the Jazz and did not return. He'll need at least another game to recover and it's unclear how Los Angeles will tackle filling its backup center spot.
Ben Simmons
Ben Simmons (conditioning) off injury report Thurs
Thu, Feb 13, 2025, 9:26 AM
Ben Simmons (conditioning) isn't on the injury report ahead of Thursday's Clippers-Jazz game.
Analysis: Simmons might be available for the first time since he agreed to a buyout with the Nets. The oft-injured point forward could begin his new journey as a backup guard or center for Los Angeles against Utah. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect much in his first game back, though.
Bogdan Bogdanovic
Bogdan Bogdanovic plays 18 MIN in Clippers debut
Wed, Feb 12, 2025, 8:23 PM
Law Murray
Bogdan Bogdanovic accounted for seven points (3-of-4 FGs), two rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one three-pointer in 18 minutes in Wednesday's win over the Grizzlies.
Analysis: Acquired from the Hawks on trade deadline day, Bogdanovic made his Clippers debut Wednesday night. While the final stat line wasn't anything to write home about, he can give the Clippers valuable production off the bench. For those who still have Bogdanovic rostered, the hope is that a change of scenery will get him back on track after struggling this season in Atlanta. Following the game, Bogdanovic said he expects to be available for Thursday's game against the Jazz.
Kris Dunn
Kris Dunn records four three-pointers, five steals
Wed, Feb 12, 2025, 8:18 PM
Law Murray
Kris Dunn amassed 14 points (5-of-6 FGs), three rebounds, five assists, five steals, and four three-pointers in 21 minutes in Wednesday's win over the Grizzlies.
Analysis: Dunn was inserted into the Clippers' starting lineup due to an apparent concern about Memphis' ability to force turnovers. He may have used that as motivation to raise hell himself. Not only did he match his season and career highs with five steals, but Dunn was also a perfect 4-of-4 from beyond the arc. He did have to leave the game with an undisclosed injury, but Clippers coach Tyronn Lue said after the game that he expects Dunn to be available for Thursday's game against the Jazz. Derrick Jones Jr., who moved to the bench, played 21 minutes and finished with nine points, two rebounds, one steal, and one three-pointer.
Ivica Zubac
Ivica Zubac records 12/13/3/3/1 line vs. Grizzlies
Wed, Feb 12, 2025, 8:15 PM
Ivica Zubac shot 5-of-7 from the field and 2-of-2 from the foul line in Wednesday's win over the Grizzlies, scoring 12 points with 13 rebounds, three assists, three steals, and one blocked shot in 33 minutes.
Analysis: Zubac has reached double figures in four straight and eight of his last nine appearances, recording seven double-doubles during this run. He and Norman Powell (18/5/2/2 with one three-pointer) have been consistently productive, which is one of the reasons why the Clippers will hold a top-six seed in the West heading into the All-Star break. The Clippers will end their pre-break portion of the schedule with a game against the Jazz on Thursday.
